Brand & Community Development Intern

Step into the role of Brand & Community Development Intern at RPPN Yard — a Caribbean-rootedstreetwear and lifestyle brand drawing on the distinct cultures of the Caribbean to inspire every piece. Your work will help shape how the brand connects with its audience, both onlineand in person. This role blends creativity, communication, community engagement, andhands-on execution. You'll help grow the brand's presence, support content creation, engageour community, and bring brand experiences to life. We're looking for someone eager to learn,contribute ideas, and play a meaningful role in building a lifestyle brand from the ground up.

What you'll do:

  • Engage daily with our community on social platforms, fostering conversations and amplifying our brand voice.

  • Collaborate on content — bring ideas to life for campaigns, social posts, and email outreach.

  • Support the planning and execution of elevated pop-up experiences — logistics, design elements, and customer interaction.

  • Learn the inner workings of a lifestyle brand, from operations to creative execution.

What we're looking for:

  • Passion for branding, marketing, and community building.

  • Strong communication skills and a creative eye — whether it's writing captions, brainstorming ideas, or helping shape a brand experience.

  • A proactive mindset — ready to dive into both digital engagement and hands-on event support.

  • An eagerness to grow — a chance to experience how a brand's story unfolds across multiple touchpoints.

Details:

  • Start: Immediate — runs through summer 2026, with the option to extend into fall.

  • Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week.

  • Compensation: Paid, with performance-based bonus opportunities.

  • Location: Hybrid, NYC.
